Can I order by telephone?

Entrees International is an internet only retailer. We do not have any retail shops. Ordering over the internet is now a safe way for shopping for goods and services. Therefore we are unable to accept any orders over the phone.

When should I expect delivery?

If the items you require are in stock, the order will be with you in 2-3 working days once payment has been received.

Can I get samples?

As we are a wholesaler, we are therefore unable to break up case quantities

If I am not totally satisfied with my goods, can I return them.

We offer a 100% guarantee on all of our products. If you are not totally satisfied, please return goods in original packaging within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund less 10% restocking charge.

Do we provide Safety Data Sheets? 

Yes all our products are covered by COSH regulations

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty item, you must notify us by email or in writing within 48 hours of receipt. We would ask you send it back in its original packaging where a full refund will be arranged and the goods to be collected.

What happens if I am not there for the delivery?

We will try to re-deliver again within two working days.

Should we be unable to deliver for any reason, the goods will be returned to our warehouse where a restocking fee of 10% plus delivery charges to and from your premises will be deducted from your refund.
